THE PROHIBITION PARTY

Contributions are bound by the Federal Election Campaign Act's regulations.

 

Federal law mandates that we strive to collect and disclose the following details for individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle: name, mailing address, occupation, and employer.

 

Contributions cannot be considered tax-deductible charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.

 

Contribution requirements:

 

• You must be a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (green card holder).

• The contribution must come from your personal funds, and no other person or entity should be providing funds for this purpose.

• If you use a credit card for this contribution, it must be your personal credit card, not a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another individual.

• You must be at least eighteen years old and not represent or contribute on behalf of a corporation, labor organization, national bank, foreign national without a green card, federal contractor, or any other federally impermissible source.

 

The maximum allowable contribution per individual is $3,300 per election. Your contribution, up to $3,300, will be allocated for the primary election, and the subsequent $3,300 will be designated for the general election.
