Building Membership

The Prohibition Party is working to grow its membership and the impact our members have on our nation. We welcome people who care about public health and wellbeing, who are interested in building a better future for their communities, and who are seeking an alternative to the two major parties, to come join us. There are a variety of ways that you can get involved as a member; from helping with policy advocacy, to organizing efforts, to helping with campaigns, and beyond.

Policy Advocacy

The Prohibition Party works to promote policies to protect and advance the lives, health, and wellbeing of people throughout the country. We are especially focused on advocating for comprehensive policies to address alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs, as social and public health problems, and addressing the harm caused by the industries that produce, sell, and promote them. We will continue our work to promote good policies on the national, state, and local levels, to oppose efforts that would weaken restrictions on the sale of alcohol or other harmful substances, and to work to end government support for the alcohol industry. We will continue to look for opportunities to engage in public discourse on these important issues and to encourage citizens to get involved in policy efforts. If you are interested in getting more involved in policy advocacy, feel free to contact us at prohibitionists@gmail.com

State Level Organization

The Prohibition Party is working to develop its state-level organization in various states. Some of the states that we are focused on further developing state-level organizing in include the states of Tennessee and Alaska. Though, we are also looking to grow the party in various other states, where we see opportunities for growth and where local members are interested in networking on the state level. If you are a member who is interested in getting more involved and helping to grow the party in your state, feel free to reach out to the party at prohibitionists@gmail.com

Preparing For 2028

The Prohibition Party is working on preparations for the 2028 presidential elections. We are looking to try to get our future presidential ticket on the ballot in as many states as we are reasonably able to. We are currently working to get on the ballot in Alaska. We are also working to grow the party in various states, to improve our chances of getting on the ballot in more states. As we get closer to the 2028 campaign, party members may volunteer to help with campaign and ballot access efforts in various ways. If you are interested in volunteering, feel free to email party leadership at prohibitionists@gmail.com

If you are a professional ballot access worker, who may be interested doing work for our ballot access efforts in one or more states, you can contact our party chairman, Zack Kusnir, at zack.kusnir@prohibitionparty.org

The Prohibition Party will hold a national convention in 2027 to select its 2028 presidential ticket.
